Iran has been the nemesis of Israel since the Islamic Revolution. In the entire Middle East if there is any country that makes it difficult for the Israeli leadership to sleep peacefully, that country is Iran. On the threat spectrum - both political and military - Saudi Arabia will be somewhere well below the top position. So, why does Iran pose a greater threat (real or perceived) to Israel?
Iran has cultivated a position of great influence in the region that goes beyond the traditional Shia community. The US led invasions of Iraq actually increased Iran's influence in that country through the fall of Saddam Hussein - a fervent anti-Iranian.
Iran also has great influence within the Assad regime, they have been practically fighting his war with the Free Syrian Army and other insurgents. Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Occupied Palestine are proxies of Iran. If the Assad regime manages to survive the current crisis, then Israel will continue to remain effectively surrounded by Iranian proxies that could strike against Israel in times of conflict. These proxy wars are the greatest headache to Israel.
Iran has been politically isolated for decades. This makes it comparatively easier for the country to act on its national and foreign interests, even if that might be perceived as rash or unreasonable by its neighbours and the international community. In simple terms, it's much easier for Iran to engage in direct or indirect conflict with Israel without having to fear souring relations with its neighbours.
Iran has a well-developed intelligentsia - the percentage of PhD doctorates and patents by the Iranians are much higher than that of Saudi Arabia. When it comes to infrastructure, the Saudis are lagging well behind Iran and they have much work to do. In other words, Iran has the means and resources to be self-sufficient and even invest in military, economics development. In fact, Iran has been developing and reverse-engineering military hardware for decades now, since the West withdrew their support. Of course, this does not make their quality in par with Western technology, but it does enhance their expertise with experience and eventually they will get to the stage where they can create high quality equipment (read China).
Saudi Arabia has fancy equipment and technology from the West, but toys are not enough to win wars. They lack the military training and efficiency to make a real difference in wartime scenario. Moreover, the US always ensures that the military hardware and technology being sold to the Saudis are inferior to that of the Israelis - the US is committed to Israel retaining its military supremacy in the region and will never allow for it to change.
Lastly, despite all the modern technology, Saudi Arabia lacks the autonomy to make independent policy decisions when it comes to the issue of Israel. The Saudi regime is so dependant and subservient to the US that they will never dare enter open or indirect conflict with Israel, for fear of American backlash. The Israelis are very much aware of this Saudi-US relationship and they know they have little to fear from the Saudis.
Of course, the list can go on. But these are the major reasons that make Iran so much more threatening to Israel compared to Saudi Arabia or any other Middle Eastern nation.

then what they do ? Hollywood is under control of Israel and they produce a movie like “300” to show Iranians like bitches , thank you USA , thank you for what you do to all of us and there is still people who support USA Government + Israel
also you have to know what is the history , history is written by those who won the war , so there is no truth in it, I am talking about World War , also all the world want to take revenge of Israel but if you search about WW2 , you will see that Russian men were killed more than Jew people in WW2 , but world only want to take side of Jew people , you know what ? I am Not A STUPID !!! I AM JUST NOT A STUPID !!!

This is undeniable that the most fear of Israel is related to Iran, not Saudi Arabia.
There are divergent reasons for that amongst:
Iran is more powerful than KSA.
Iran never shows flexibility about Israel
Iran has much more impression in the religion than KSA.
Etc.

The professionals in the Israeli Defense Force are not worried about Iran, particularly with the new anti-nuke treaty. Instead, they are more worried about non-state actors, and –interestingly – the dangers of an unstable Gaza. If only the Israeli politicians would listen.

Definitely Israel fear a lot regarding Iran, and has a very high fear of her existence by being Iran as a powerful/stable country.
E.g.: about Iran:
In almost all countries there is single military force to defend their countries from attacks but Iran has constituted two forces because of its strategic situation. That means, Iran has always been invaded by other countries such as Russia, the U.K, the U.S, Iraq, Ottoman Empire and others.
To clarify, Russia has invaded Iran without any reason, then those conflicts had led to disport Iran. I mean, Russia has imposed two treatments on Iran to accept being divided. Regarding the U.K, it has been stealing Iran’s resources for 3 centuries but even though the U.S has never occupied the land of Iran, it was dominating Iran from 1953 coup until 1979. After the revolution, it has been threatening Iran for unreal reasons and of course it violated Iran’s land in 1980 but it failed. Furthermore, Saddam has invaded Iran which had led to 8-years war but almost all countries including the U.S, the U.K, Germany, France, Saudi Arabia and Russia was supporting Iraqi forces. Unfortunately, Germany had sent a lot of chemical weapons to Iraq to use against Iranian forces. Therefore, Iran had to progress in military equipment and forces. That is why Iran has payed attention to produce almost all types of equipment such as missiles, Tank, weapons.

These forces total about 545,000 active personnel (not including the Law Enforcement Force(Police).
All branches of armed forces fall under the command of General Staff of Armed Forces. The Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics is responsible for planning logistics and funding of the armed forces and is not involved with in-the-field military operational command.
The Iranian armed forces consist of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army, Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force, and the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Defense Force. The late branch is to protect Iran from outer dangers. For instance, as the U.S describe a lot of parts of the world as its scopes and intervene there, Iran is able to do either; but they are not the same because Iran never invades any country but the U.S has frequently done that. Quds force is to defends Iran’s territory as far as it can especially in the present time that terrorists which are supported by the U.S and Saudi Arabia are killing people of Syria, Iraq, Yemen and …
The Basij is a volunteer force controlled by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards. Its member is more than 23 million persons which lots of them are ready to sacrifice themselves to the country. It had a critical role in Iraq-Iran war to defend the boarders.
In addition, it has been reported that Iran is one of the five countries that has a cyber-army capable of conducting cyber-warfare operations. This capability is to defend Iranian security in virtual space. The new wars are based on cyber attack; thereupon, most of countries should be ready to defend themselves from American attacks. Thus, the scale of Iranian military is very large and surprising and of course that is necessary for Iran with such a strategic position because there are thousands of terrorists out of its boarders (supported by US and Saudi) who are interested in attacking Iran.
