What makes Mercedes Benz cars not somersault?

Mercedes-Benz A-class was famous for somersaulting in the so-called “moose test”. Must have been about twenty years ago, but you may still google it. Due to this, however, Mercedes-Benz introduced ESP, electronic stability program, in the respective cars. In brief, said program releases or tightens the brake at one wheel at which the car might somersault, so that the wheel might slip to avoid somersaulting, and tightens or releases the brakes at the other wheels to maintain overall brake force. In addition, ESP might help to spin the car around to stay on a lane even in narrow radius.
