The two chambers of the National Assembly had adjourned sitting over the forthcoming local  government congress of the APC.

Akpabio, a former governor of Akwa Ibom had while seconding the motion said the APC senators should be given the opportunity to prepare for a fight next Saturday.  He said the last Saturday’s ward congress of the APC was not a congress but a boxing bout.
