Two young boys have been arrested with about 10 female pants in Delta. The incident reportedly happened in Umutu, Ukwuani local government area of the state. It was gathered from sources that the last one they pulled – was from a young girl (pictured standing with them). The suspects were paraded in public before they were handed over to the security operatives in the area.
Social media users have had a field day concerning the story. Here are the comments gathered on the matter;
